By creating an account or using TokenTrader.win or TokenTrader.pro ("the Platform"), you explicitly acknowledge and agree to these terms of service. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our services, without any refund or compensation.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify any service or account at any time, without prior notice and without any refund or compensation. Users acknowledge that paid services are provided on an "as-is" basis and may be interrupted or discontinued at the Platform's discretion.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AGREEMENT:
You MUST contact us at cryptokong145@gmail.com BEFORE initiating any dispute, chargeback, or complaint with payment processors. By using our services, you explicitly agree to this mandatory dispute resolution process as detailed in Section 12 below.

11. PAYMENT TERMS & REFUND POLICY

- All payments are processed through Stripe or other third-party payment processors

- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
- Trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
- Promotional rates may change upon renewal
12. MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
- BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE to contact us at cryptokong145@gmail.com BEFORE initiating any dispute, chargeback, or complaint with Stripe or any other payment processor
- You MUST allow us 5 business days to respond to your email and attempt to resolve any issues before escalating to third parties
- You MUST include your order/transaction ID, date of purchase, and detailed description of the issue in your initial email
- Failure to follow this mandatory dispute resolution process constitutes a breach of these terms
- You acknowledge that initiating a payment dispute without first following this process may result in termination of your account and services
- You agree that this mandatory dispute resolution process is binding and supersedes any terms provided by payment processors
- You acknowledge that refunds, if granted, may be provided as service credit rather than monetary returns
- Technical issues must be reported within 24 hours of occurrence to be eligible for consideration
By using TokenTrader, you explicitly agree to all terms above. These terms may be updated at any time without notice, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE that disputes must be addressed directly with us at cryptokong145@gmail.com before initiating any third-party dispute processes. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these terms.
